Si quieres tener una piel bonita,

no basta con lo que te aplicas en la piel, importa mucho más lo que comes.
Una de las frutas favoritas de todos en verano tiene un lugar especial en mi lista de alimentos anti-aging. Y esta ensalada de sandía con tofu marinado es un plato delicioso que te va a encantar, sobre todo en verano.

La sandí­a contiene vitaminas A,C y E, los antioxidantes clave para la salud de la piel.
Destaca su contenido alto en licopeno, presente en frutas y verduras, sobre todo las que tienen mucho color, aunque la sandía tiene una mayor biodisponibilidad de todas.

Ingredientes y preparación:

  • Sandía cortada a dados
  • Tofu firme cortado en dados marinado durante 30 min en un bol con vinagre de manzana, limón, sal y oregano (es una adaptación vegana al queso feta)
  • Pistachos tostados
  • Menta
  • Pimienta negra
  • Aceite de oliva virgen extra

Si quieres que el tofu tenga más sabor, puedes marinar lo una noche entera.
Aunque el índice glucemico de la sandía es alto, se va a bajar gracias a la grasa de pistachos, de aceite de oliva y el ácido del vinagre de manzana con el que marinamos el tofu.
